"Wow. This is Belle Epoque with an amazing view! Everything you need is there. Air conditioning did help cool the whole apartment although might get challenged as it's very large with high ceilings. Was fine for us first week in June."

"Peeling paint in the bathroom. It's quite a walk back up the steps to the villa, in high Summer it would really hurt. It's very easy to get an air conditioned Uber though, so even if you haven't your own car you can do that. Is the location worth it? Definitely in my opinion. Walking or Uber to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu are easy and they are stunning."

"The Apartment has the most stunning vista over the whole of Nice. Although there is no balcony, we had breakfast every morning with the windows open taking in the views. The whole apartment was clean, and comfortable. The modern kitchen had everything you could need for self-catering. That makes a refreshing change, and for foodies like us, it is essential! Alexandra was helpful and informative at our arrival, departure and during our stay, ensuring everything was ok. Overall, we had the most wonderful stay!"

"We were informed a new bathroom will be installed next year, which will be a great improvement as the only downside to the entire place was the shower over the bath was a little awkward."
